Recipe: Walnut Carrot Mole Dip
This recipe is super quick and easy, and only requires three ingredients!
- 2 cups pure water
- 1 cup cold-stored Walnuts, soaked & rinsed
- 1/2 cup Fiesta Mole
- 1 large carrot
Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender (such as a Vita-Mix) until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, or if you prefer using it as a salad dressing instead of a dip, add more water.
Pour in a serving bowl and use as a dip for chopped veggies or flax crackers, or roll it up in a Nori sheet with finely chopped veggies for Nori rolls!
