Recipe: Edamame Fiesta Soup

This is a delicious savory soup, full of superfoods, that can serve as a main meal or staple food.

- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup Edamame beans (frozen, shelled, organic – thaw at room temperature or in fridge before using)
- 1 handful Dulse, ripped into pieces
- 2 TBS Fiesta Mole
- 2 TBS Pristine Hemp Seeds
- 1 TBS Nutritional Flakes
- 2 tsp EFA Oil Blend or Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup chopped veggies (cabbage, celery, radishes, carrot, etc.)

Add all ingredients to the warm water in a small bowl, stir up, and enjoy! Feel free to play around with adding and removing things from this mixture for infinite variations.

Optional ingredients include Tocotrienols, Greens Mix, a tad of Vanilla Agave Nectar for a little sweetness, or Cayenne pepper for extra heat. You may also use Tomato Concentrate instead of Fiesta Mole for a more mild flavor.
