SHIPPING POLICIES
Where we ship to:
We offer shipping to anywhere in the United States. For orders outside the U.S. (Overseas, Canada, etc), please use a mail forwarding service such as USGlobalMail.com, MyUS.com, or similar. 6% will be added for bank fees for orders outside the U.S.
Damaged shipments: If while your order is in transit, you receive notification from FedEx that the shipment is damaged, please accept it anyway. When you receive it, tell us which item(s) require replacement, and we will add them to your next order free of charge. If you refuse a damaged shipment, you will be required to pay the shipping again on the replacement, so we advise that you accept the shipment to avoid this.
RETURN POLICY
Any non-perishable item may be returned unopened and unused within thirty days of original purchase. Please call or e-mail us in advance for approval before returning any items, and to let us know how you would prefer your credit to be issued - immediately to your charge card, store credit, or exchange. Returns credited back to a credit card will be charged a 6% fee, and the customer is required to pay the return shipping. Opened and/or perishable products are not returnable.
