This
concentrate is made from juicing these completely ripe tomatoes,
and then drying the juice into a concentrated, fine powder using
low-temperature air-drying, preserving most of the enzymes.
The tomatoes used are "beyond organic", non-hybrid
tomatoes from an area in South America where no chemicals have
ever been used.
Most store-bought tomatoes have, on average, 50 different toxic
pesticide/chemical residues; this tomato powder contains NONE.
Exceptionally rich in lycopene, potassium, and vitamins A and
C. Has an exquisite sweet flavor that only ripe tomatoes can
have, unlike the excessive acidity of tomatoes that were picked
before full ripeness.
Comes
in a very fine powder that easily dissolves in liquids. Use
