ABOUT US

We are Courtney & Brian Smith. We each have years of experience as Raw Fooders (Brian since 2000, Courtney since 2001). We met each other 7 years ago, and have been growing and learning and enjoying our time together ever since.

We have been providing Raw Super Foods in the Dallas area for 3 years, and we now also ship packages all over the country. We also host monthly Live Food Feasts in our home, and enjoy communing with like-spirited folk and assisting people in continuously experiencing greater health and well-being. We are enjoying our best day ever, every day!

Our other interests include foraging for wild food, growing our own food, playing music, befriending animals and insects, laughing, drinking Chocolate, and bringing playfulness into everything we do.
